What a great show to end the weekend on!

Standing O

Please do NOT push!  You are only exacerbating the squishies and injuring people in the process, people in front, get out as fast as you can so that there is a nice flow to outside.  There are people getting injured, seriously.

ALSO, please wait for Shrek to bow, he leads it, then we don’t look like we’re doing the wave.

The stump is broken in two places on bottom rung.  Can wait until Monday

Batten 2 ripped, sew it on Monday (I will)

Can we put a trap door in the cathedral window for the cordless light (or whatever it is) it keeps getting knocked over before the transformation?

Props

Need two 9 volt batteries for the dragon every weekend.  Who should get those?

The crew looked in prop room there was only a four pack? So could six more be in a hidey hole?

We are good on the A batteries.

Tail pole needs fixin

One of the geysers lights is out, consistently not coming on, SR I think.  The address seems fine so I don’t know why?

Found the wifi thingy, it is now taped to the geyser when not in use.

Costumes-

From the washer/dryer to green room, little shreks pants went missing. (pretty sure I did it) looked and looked, made a back up.  Can we make another pair, and can there be a back up for the back up?

Need to reinforce the hook and loop on the armor, they are coming off.  (the Velcro, although some armor fell off too.  :D

Great job all, specifically while rolling with the weirdness of act one.  Sometimes crap happens and we have to react to it, and y’all did great!

Good transformation, and I’m proud of how you all handled the madness during show one, you were cool as cucumbers!

Accident/Incident

Batten 11 got stuck on cord and wouldn’t go more than half way out.  Kept in for rest of Act one and tried to work around it. It yanked a cord out of light batten so ½ the lights weren’t working had to spot, couldn’t use turntable for travel song and put bed directly on SL so wouldn’t hit batten 11.  Fun times.  Everyone handled everything very well.  Got fixed at intermission by Ron and Sam

The animatronics  need housing, the circuit is shorting.

The animatronics are not working after the show.  The head HAS to be turned sideways to get out of the theatre a firmer purchase would help.  Some kind of housing is advised so that it doesn’t get jostled everytime it’s moved in and out.

Accident/Incident

Mirror backstage got caught on actor costume, ripping it off the wall and falling on a techie, bruised for sure, luckily the mirror didn’t break.

Awesome job Katya, I know it was scary, but you handled it well.

Great job all!  The rain is hell on the chords, please protect your voices!

Connor/William, I have a different wig, will allow for better seeing of cute faces when you are a dwarf, come see me.

PUHLEASE wait until I’m a believer is over, to break curtain.  We are so professional beforehand let’s not look community at the end of the show.

Good catch on the rat, Fiona and Cati, Cati you can grab them sooner, it would make sense, thanks for doing that.

Younger cast members, you need to put costumes on hangers during the show too, someone could fall and hurt themselves it is getting that BAD in the dressing rooms.

Super job crew!

Please make sure to turn dragon, cars and remotes off after use!
