| Sounds/Lights/Special FX Make sure to text instructions to us regarding the pic callie sent you. The red and black are still soldered but there are white wires hanging out that we don’t know what to do with. Justin will solder tomorrow if we have some direction. Texting works best for me on sat and sun. Some lights are out, but we’re having a hard time trouble shooting. The SL side of the “rat spat” reveal (cue 186) the entire thing was out for matinee, but we got half back for evening show. Hazer is acting funny or the temp is weird so all the haze is going into fly loft. Not as consistent Wireless light was funky, didn’t come on until the third cue in sequence and was the wrong color again, white then red. |
| Costumes- Thanks for fixing the earholes! MUCH better. Didn’t have the glue for first show, went without, Cliff saw and with addition of eyebrows likes the look, so we’ll be going “faceless” from now on. (much to Scott’s relief) |

| Actors Someone was not backstage for singing cue and we heard talking and chatter, remember, mics do go live no matter where you are, don’t make it a mistake! MKK, can you meet with me to revisit your Fiona barn light? You aren’t in it anymore. Don’t change “add” to choreo. It’s not your vision to embellish on. And you might hurt somebody, or yourself! Thanks for hooking the wagons back together Sam! Make sure you are doing your trash duty! 50+ people create a lot of trash! |
